How much are we going to pay for this idiotness?

You should have come across fire extinguishers or sand buckets placed at the petrol pumps while you fuelled your wheels. Eventhough an extinguisher or 3 buckets of sand cannot control a fire triggered by a petrol pump, it can sometimes be crucial if used at the early stages of fire. Our country has laws for everything, but we have no laws to implement laws. Even if we have laws to implement laws, we don't have a law to implement that law. As any other official does, even I passed the batton.

Would you like to see a hilarious, rediculous, mind-blowing security measure taken at a petrol pump?? Give a close look at the image. The bucket contains sand for name sake. The bucket is all rusted and worn out. Its broken and has voids in it. The sand has sticked to the bucket, we cant blame the sand, it was filled into the bucket on the previous night of the inaugration of the petrol pump. And let us forget all this. Did you just notice the locks on the buckets?? That was Hilarious!! You can laugh on the floor. They expect us to ask for the keys, break the locks, carry duplicate keys or use a magicians trick?? And all this during an emergency?? Should I explain anything further?? Yes, we are damn safe in the petrol pumps, sorry not us, the buckets are safe there.. The ISI standard..
