It includes a wide range of styles primarily breaking, locking, and popping which were created in the 1970s and made popular by dance crews in the United States.Hip-hop dance is a broad category that includes a variety of urban styles. The older dance styles that were created in the 1970s include uprock, breaking, and the funk styles.

Dance is considered as one of the best yet the most enjoyable form of exercise. . If you do it on a regular basis, it can help you lose weight as much as other forms of exercise would.

Toning of Muscles: Dancing on a regular basis not only helps you maintain or reduce your weight, but it also tones each of your muscles. Especially the muscles of your legs, the hips, your lower back and your abdomen. Some forms of dancing also work the arms and the upper body. As muscle tone improves and flexibility increases, you may experience relief from back pain and an increase in stamina.This also results in a better posture.

Dancing makes you smart: Dancing not only has short-term benefits for your mental well-being, but also long-term benefits. Dancers become very good at learning things quickly and methodically because of how often they learn new dance moves.

A truly splendid dancer, versatile and passionate. Bharatnatyam, kuchipudi, mohiniattom, Bollywood, Hip hop and contemporary are some of her favorite dance forms. Winner of Boogie Woogie, 2005. Qualified to the international Finale in U.S at the AGE of 7. Cover page on the Tele Life Magazine. Winner of Many inter-school dance competitions. Constant performer at the Global Village every year and Winner of India Pavillions Dancing superstar at Dubai. Winner Of Jhalak Dhiklaajaa Dubai extravaganza – and was given an all expense paid trip to perform in the sets of Jhalak. These are some of the feathers of her dancing career.
